The fourth of its kind, the 2010 BRAZIL DAY comes to us attired in a new humanitarian garment - a FESTIVAL of HOPE! Created and produced for FSCA-Brazil Division by MissionServ International Aid, Inc., it will honor the official sisterhood between Frederick and Aquiraz, State of Ceará – Brazil, and bring to our region a wonderful spectacle of culture and sports on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at the Frederick County Fairgrounds. Proceeds from the event will help build a community training facility to enable the locals in this small Brazilian town to become more self-sufficient in their lives!
